Life made more colourful in harmony with nature

The Province of Rizal is 16 kilometers west of Metro Manila, bordered by the southern portion of the Sierra Madre mountain range, blessed with a lush, hilly terrain.
Regarded as the arts capital of the Philippines, Rizal is renowned for its historic lineage of the best craftsmen, artisans and musicians in the country, as exemplified by two of our Rizal-born national artists—Lucio San Pedro for music and Carlos “Botong” Francisco for painting. Quaint cafés and many art galleries can also be found in the area, a natural consequence of the province’s cultural heritage.
Rizal will soon be more accessible with the future C-6 Road connecting the provinces of Bulacan and Cavite and cities of Taguig (beside Laguna de Bay), Parañaque and Muntinlupa. This will make Camella Rizal one of the most convenient, accessible locations for a home and community.

Life Made More Colorful, In Harmony With Nature
Colors from lush, landscaped gardens along the tree-lined entrance gate greet you on the main road coming into Camella Rizal.
Located along the Manila East Road in Brgy. Tayuman, Binangonan, Camella Rizal is a master-planned community laid out on eight hectares of prime land. Accessible via Quezon Boulevard or Ortigas Avenue Extension, Camella Rizal is close to places of work in Ortigas Center, Quezon City and Makati, as well as universities, schools, malls, and transport terminals.
Secure and gated, with its own landscaped clubhouse area, complete amenities, parks and gardens, Camella Rizal’s homes are inspired by Spain and the Mediterranean.
Camella has a full range of house and lot selections specially designed with your family’s needs and budget in mind. Six of Camella’s more popular home designs are available in Camella Rizal: the spacious four-bedroom, 97 square-meter Elaisa; the three-bedroom, 83 square meter Drina; the four-bedroom, 72 square-meter Carina; and Mara and Carmela, each with two to three bedrooms and floor areas ranging from 46 to 65 square meters.
Low down payments and affordable monthly amortization packages are available for prospective homeowners; Camella’s staff can walk them through the simple steps of home value-investing.
